摘要: [目的和方法]分别采用5种培养基对山药根根中的内生菌进行分离,得到了10株内生菌,通过形态学分析其为4种微生物,16S rRNA比对分析确定其分属为欧文氏菌属(Erwinia)和芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),未发现放线菌和真菌.[结果]表明山药内生菌极为单调.其中,能在山药浸出液培养基中大量产生多糖的菌株SS2的16S rRNA与模式菌株Erwinia pyrifoliae Ep1/96~T 最大同源性为97.1;.[结论]极有可能为新种.
Abstract: [Objective and Method]Ten endophytes were isolated from yam rhizome, using five different isolation media. Four microbes were chosen for 16S rRNA gene sequence and systematic analysis.[Result]Results of 16S rRNA gene sequences blasting showed that the strains were within Erwinia genus and Bacillus genus, no actinomycete and fungus was found, which indicated that there was a poor diversity of endophytes in yam rhizome. The max homology of 16S rRNA of the produced polysaccharide strain SS2 product from yam rhizome leaching solution and model strain Erwinia pyrifoliae Ep1/96T was 97.1;.[Conclusion]which suggested the strain may be a novel species.
