摘要: [目的]为了评价转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能的影响,开展了此次研究.[方法]以转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花639017及非转基因棉花中棉所49号为材料,研究了多异瓢虫Hippodamiavariegata (Goeze)对转基因棉花上棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的捕食功能反应.[结果]多异瓢虫各龄幼虫和成虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,取食转基因棉花与非转基因棉花上的棉蚜,多异瓢虫的功能反应差异不显著.[结论]转BtCry1Ac+CP4 EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能没有显著的影响.
