摘要: [目的]建立灰枣果实品质(可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、有机酸及VC)与土壤养分因子间的最优回归方程.[方法]分析测试灰枣果实营养物质和土壤养分,应用DPS和SPSS统计分析软件进行线性逐步回归分析,得出回归方程.[结果]灰枣果实营养与土壤养分间存在显著性相关关系,其中可溶性糖与速效钾和锰元素成显著正相关,相关系数分别为(r =0.706,r =0.589 9),可溶性蛋白含量与土壤中全磷、速效磷、速效钾和锰元素含量成正相关关系,机酸含量与土壤中全氮、全钾、碱解氮和速效钾成正相关,VC含量与土壤中全氮、有机质、速效钾和含盐量成显著正相关.[结论]果实中的营养物质与土壤相应的有效养分之间呈现出正相关的关系,说明了科学均衡的施肥是提高果实口感、风味品质及商品价值的保障.
