摘要: [目的]筛选出适合膜下滴灌水稻田杂草土壤处理除草剂.[方法]应用滤纸法测定稗草对6种除草剂的敏感时间,利用三种(滤纸法琼脂法和盆栽拌土法)生物测定方法的灵敏性.[结果]第5d乙氧氟草醚的EC50值最低,第4d仲丁灵、乙草胺、氟乐灵、二甲戊灵、五氟磺草胺EC50值最低;琼脂法测定的敏感性最好.通过琼脂法进一步比较稗草对6种除草剂的EC50大小,得出:乙草胺>二甲戊灵>仲丁灵>乙氧氟草醚>五氟磺草胺>氟乐灵.[结论]琼脂法是测定杂草对除草剂敏感性较好的方法,可为农业生产提供参考.
