Abstract: [Objective] In order to evaluate the safety of 7.5; pyroxsulam to wheat varieties of Xinjiang and provide reference for the safe production of wheat.[Method]The effects of different physiological indexes of different wheat varieties in Xinjiang were studied by pot culture and plate method.[Result]The results indicated that there was a certain extent inhibitory effect of pyroxsulam on various physiological indexes of wheat.And the tolerance of Zhongyou 9507, Shidong 8, Shimai 15 and Jimai 22 against pyroxsulam were the strongest, while Kendong 00(2), Xindong 27, Xindong 20, Gaocheng 8901,Yannong 19,Xindong 38 and Xindong 17 were the weakest.[Conclusion]Pyroxsulam differed significantly in security among different wheat varieties of Xinjiang, so it should be used with caution for sensitive varieties.
摘要: [目的]评价小麦田常用除草剂7.5;啶磺草胺对新疆小麦品种的安全性,为小麦的安全生产提供参考依据.[方法]通过盆栽法及平皿法,测定啶磺草胺对新疆各小麦品种不同生理指标的影响,及抑制中浓度.[结果]啶磺草胺对小麦的各个生理指标均有一定的抑制作用.其中中优9507、石冬8号、石麦15和济麦22对啶磺草胺的耐药性最强;垦冬00(2)、新冬27号、新冬20号、藁城8901、烟农19、新冬38号和新冬17号对啶磺草胺的耐药性最弱.[结论]啶磺草胺对新疆不同小麦品种安全性存在显著差异,对于敏感品种应慎用.
