滴灌条件下肉苁蓉与梭梭及根际土壤水分关系研究

摘要: [目的]探讨滴灌条件下肉苁蓉与梭梭及根际土壤水分的关系.[方法]以人工栽植梭梭寄生接种肉苁蓉为研究对象,测试滴灌条件下肉苁蓉与梭梭及其根际土壤水分的变化关系以及肉苁蓉与梭梭渗透调节物质的动态变化.[结果]肉苁蓉的含水量均高于20 ~ 60 cm处根系的平均含水量以及梭梭根际土壤的含水量,导致肉苁蓉的渗透压低于寄主梭梭,使寄主体内水分源源不断的向肉苁蓉体内输送,保证所需的水分供其生长发育.[结论]在测试期内肉苁蓉可溶性糖含量始终高于寄主梭梭同化枝,说明肉苁蓉在生长发育过程中主动积累各种有机和无机物来提高细胞液的浓度,降低渗透势进而降低了水势,以从外界继续吸水维持正常生理代谢.
