摘要： [目的]对影响农户房屋拆迁意愿的因素进行分析研究.[方法]依据新疆典型县市的250户调查问卷数据,采用Logistic回归分析方法进行研究.[结果]愿意进行房屋拆迁的农户占47.29;；影响农户房屋拆迁的因素主要是房屋建筑物特征因素和区位特征因素.[结论]房屋补偿的单位价格、距县市距离、农户主要从事职业、所在地区、距乡镇距离和房屋建筑面积对农户房屋拆迁意愿有着重要的影响.
