摘要: [目的]利用形态学和分子生物学技术,对新疆甜菜霜霉病进行鉴定和基因序列分析.[方法]挑取甜菜叶片上霉层,对孢囊梗及孢子囊进行显微观察;提取甜菜霜霉病菌DNA,用卵菌纲通用引物NL1/NL4进行PCR扩增、序列测定、同源性比较.[结果]显微观察到的病原菌孢囊梗及孢子囊与已报道的甜菜霜霉病菌形态一致;PCR扩增28S rDNA末端序列为801 bp,Genbank比对结果显示该段序列与霜霉属粉霜霉菌(Peronospora farinose)最为接近,同源率在99;以上,与霜霉属主要典型株系同源性均在90;以上.[结论]显微形态观察和分子生物学鉴定结果一致,该病原菌属霜霉属,粉霜霉.
