摘要: [目的]测定石河子地区棉铃虫体内羧酸酯酶、磷酸酯酶、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶以及多功能氧化酶(MFOs)四类主要解毒代谢酶的含量及活性,并与敏感品系棉铃虫进行比较,为棉铃虫抗药性研究提供实验依据.[方法]利用紫外分光光度计比色法测定酶源蛋白含量及比活力.[结果]石河子地区棉铃虫体内的MFOs的酶原蛋白含量及比活力均高于敏感品系棉铃虫且差异显著,其酶源蛋白含量分别为105.943 167、96.158 47μ头,比活力(0.485 3 ±0.002 1)、(0.352 3 ±0.001 4)μM/μg·30 min,其余三种酶在两品系间差异不显著.[结论]MFOs活性的增加是石河子地区棉铃虫抗药性增强重要因素之一.
