摘要: [目的]观察不同培养基对鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌(Ascochyta sp.)菌丝生长发育和产孢量的影响,筛选适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌生长及繁殖的培养基.[方法]采用7种培养基,即PDA、SCSC、CZ、EA、EPDA、M、ZM,观测鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌丝生长和产孢情况.[结果]EPDA培养基对菌丝生长最好,其次为ZM培养基,CZ培养基最不适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌菌丝的生长.ZM培养基最适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病菌分生孢子的产生,其次为SCSC培养基,CZ和PDA最不适合鹰嘴豆褐斑病分生孢子的产生.[结论]ZM培养基为最适宜该菌生长和繁殖的培养基.
