摘要: [目的]克隆新疆野生冰草抗旱相关基因甜菜碱醛脱氢酶(betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase,BADH)基因,为进一步研究其抗旱功能奠定基础.[方法]利用同源克隆法和RACE方法扩增获得新疆草原区强抗旱植物沙生冰草抗旱相关基因BADH,并将其构建到植物表达载体pBI121上.[结果]克隆获得的新疆野生沙生冰草抗旱相关基因BADH全长1 422 bp,编码区序列全长为1 182 bp,GenBank注册号为GU181396.1,并成功构建了植物过表达载体.
