响应面法优化微波提取啤酒花多酚工艺研究

摘要: [目的]微波辅助提取法提取啤酒花多酚,为酒花浸膏的工业化生产提供科学依据.[方法]以多酚含量为响应值,在单因素实验的基础上,筛选出乙醇浓度、微波功率、微波时间三种对提取影响较大的因素,响应面法进行优化,并验证优化方案.[结果]确定酒花多酚最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度56;,微波功率720 W,微波时间81 s.[结论]在此条件下,提取多酚含量达到81.358 mg/g.
