摘要: [目的]探讨梨石细胞含量与PAL活性和果实硬度的相关性.[方法]以8个梨品种和3个品系为试验材料,测定不同品种(品系)石细胞含量、果实硬度和PAL的活性,并分析石细胞含量与果实硬度和PAL活性之间的相关性.[结果]梨不同品种(品系)果实硬度在5.91~10.63 kg/cm2,石细胞含量在0.14~0.67g/100g.PAL活性为1.44 ~9.43.[结论]石细胞含量与PAL活性呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.819.石细胞含量与果肉硬度之间存在正相关,相关系数为0.413.
