摘要: [目的]研究新疆纳里橐吾(Ligularia naryensis)蔓延机制以及导致草地退化原因.[方法]采用培养皿滤纸法在人工气候箱中研究纳里橐吾水浸液对牧草种子萌发的影响.[结果]纳里橐吾根和茎叶的水浸液对4种牧草种子萌发和萌发指数具有抑制作用,且根的抑制作用大于茎叶;对萌发指数影响大于萌发率;抑制作用随水浸液浓度的增加而加大;4种牧草对纳里橐吾化感作用敏感性从强到弱依次为无芒雀麦=草地早熟禾>苇状羊茅>黑麦草.[结论]在纳里橐吾退化草地恢复时,应优先考虑黑麦草和苇状羊茅等耐受性较好的优良牧草.
