摘要: [目的]增加果实的钙含量,提高采后果实品质.[方法]通过对库尔勒香梨采前喷施0.014;,0.017;,0.020;钙肥,研究采前喷施不同浓度液钙对贮藏过程中果实品质和生理变化的影响.[结果]钙肥浓度越大,对抑制果实质量损失,保持果实硬度的作用越明显.[结论]0.020;的钙肥喷施效果最好.此外,0.020;的钙肥还有利于果实保持总酸含量,抑制可溶性固形物含量的变化,推迟呼吸高峰的到来,但其抑制保鲜袋内CO2的释放效果较差.此外,0.017;的钙肥对于保持果实细胞的完整性,抑制果实多酚氧化酶活性,防止果实褐变具有积极作用.
