摘要: [目的]研究诱捕器与性诱芯对苹果蠢蛾和梨小食心虫的诱捕效果.[方法]比较不同诱捕器(水盆式诱捕器,三角粘胶式诱捕器)、不同性诱芯(苹果蠢蛾和梨小食心虫性诱芯)对苹果蠢蛾和梨小食心虫的诱捕效果.[结果]诱捕梨小食心虫水盆法好于三角盒粘胶法,诱捕苹果蠢蛾三角盒枯胶法好于水盆法.苹果蠢蛾性诱芯诱捕梨小食心虫数量小于梨小食心虫性诱芯诱集的数量,并存在显著差异(P=0.012),梨小食心虫性诱芯诱集苹果蠢蛾的现象较少.[结论]研究为聚集信息素的提取及诱捕剂的研制工作提供依据.
