气-质联用测定果蔬中6种防腐杀菌剂检测方法的研究

摘要: [目的]建立果蔬中2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、乙萘酚、乙氧基喹、对苯基苯酚、联苯醚和苯甲醇同时测定的气-质联用法.[方法]样品用丙酮-乙酸乙酯(V/V=50/50)超声萃取,脱水,浓缩定容,经GC/MS分析.[结果]测定中6种组分分离良好并排除了样品中杂质峰的干扰,加标平均回收率为80.7;~94.7;,相对标准偏差为2.11 ;~4.25 ;;检出限50~80 μg/L.[结论]该方法简便、准确、可以作为测定果蔬中防腐杀菌剂的仲裁检测方法.
