新疆红枣黑斑病病原菌鉴定及拮抗细菌筛选

摘要: [目的]对新疆红枣黑斑病病原菌进行分离、鉴定,确定新疆红枣黑斑病病原菌种类种属,并进行拮抗细菌筛选,为新疆红枣黑斑病的防治奠定基础.[方法]从新疆阿克苏和喀什分别采集染有黑斑病的灰枣和骏枣样品,采用可培养方法,进行病原菌分离鉴定,测定其生长最适培养基、温度、pH值;并从未发病枣园及发病枣园但未染病红枣树下采集土壤样品,采用平皿对峙法进行拮抗菌筛选.[结果]从灰枣和骏枣上分别分离获得1株病原菌,根据菌株形态及分子测序结果表明,2株菌均为链格孢属菌种(Alternaria altemata),并筛选获得2株优良的拮抗菌JK1(多粘类芽孢杆菌Paenibacillus polymyxa)和JK5(枯草芽胞杆菌Bacillus sutilis).[结论]新疆红枣黑斑病病原菌为链格孢属链格孢(Alternaria alternata),其生长最适培养基为PDA,最适生长温度为30℃,最适生长pH值为6~7,菌株JK1和JK5对病原菌生长具备明显的抑制作用.
