NaCl胁迫对盐桦种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响

摘要: [目的]盐胁迫对盐桦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.[方法]实验设置5个NaCl浓度(0、0.1;、0.2;、0.4;、0.6;),对盐桦种子和幼苗进行盐胁迫,测定其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚芽长、叶长和叶宽.[结果]当浓度低于0.1;时,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长、胚芽长、叶长和叶宽均与对照差异不大,而当浓度大于0.2;时,盐桦种子的萌发和幼苗生长受到显著影响,并且随着NaCl浓度的增加,种子萌发和幼苗生长各项指标均呈明显下降的趋势.[结论]确定盐桦种子萌发的耐盐阈值为0.1;,并依此推断如此低的耐盐阈值可能是导致盐桦濒危的重要原因之一.
