Abstract: [Objective and Method]The study was conducted to determine the five different temperatures for Red Globe grape storage experiment and reveal the quality and physiological index of postharvest Red Globe grape,such as the changes of respiration、the production rate of C_2H_2,firmness,soluble solids content,cell membrane permeability,MDA content under the temperature of 1℃,0℃,-1℃,-2℃,-3℃.[Result and Conclusion]The result showed that -1℃ is the best storage temperature for the Red Globe grape,in this temperature,the change tendency of respiration and the production rate of C_2H_2 is gentle,the fruit was kept in suitable firmness.It was slightly better than that of other temperature,MDA content was lower and soluble solids content was higher than other processing.
摘要: [目的]研究和筛选红提葡萄采后适宜的贮藏温度.[方法]将红提葡萄分别贮藏于1、0、-1、-2和-3℃下,测定其贮期呼吸强度、乙烯释放量、硬度、可溶性固形物、相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量等品质生理指标的变化.[结果]-1℃为红提葡萄较为适宜的贮藏温度,该温度下,果实的呼吸与乙烯变化趋势较为平缓,果实硬度保持较好,略高于其它温度处理,且能够较好的保持果实在贮藏期间果肉细胞的完整性,果实内丙二醛等有害物质的含量略低于其它处理,可溶性固形物含量略高于其它处理.[结论]-1℃能够较好的保持红提葡萄果实在贮藏期间果肉细胞的完整性.
