新疆特色果品中原花青素含量的分析比较

摘要: 对新疆特色果品葡萄、黑加仑、枸杞、桑椹、欧洲李、樱桃李、杏、核桃、沙枣、木日皿木孛、石榴果品中的原花青素含量进行测定.结果表明,试验材料中大多数果品都含有原花青素,部分果品的原花青素含量丰富,含量在6.644~31.817 μg/g,个别果品所含原花青素微量,试验未检出.葡萄籽中原花青素含量最高,为31.817 μg/g;沙枣果肉的原花青素含量次之,为21.398 μg/g.在樱桃李、欧洲李、木日皿木孛、桑椹、核桃,不同的品种或类型间原花青素含量差别明显;同品种或类型果品不同部位的原花青素含量不同.
