摘要: [目的]研究脱蜡处理对香梨生理活性的影响,探讨蜡质在香梨采后的生物学作用.[方法]以库尔勒香梨为材料,采用常温加热结合法,用氯仿对香梨进行脱蜡处理,贮藏于-1.5℃、RH95;的条件下,定期取样测定果实可溶性固形物含量、失重率、VC含量、呼吸速率、细胞膜渗透率、丙二醛含量、乙烯释放速率变化以及未脱蜡果实蜡质含量的变化.[结果]与未脱蜡香梨相比,在整个贮藏过程中,脱蜡组失重率快速上升,均高于同期未脱蜡组,并且提5d出现呼吸高峰和乙烯高峰.[结论]香梨脱蜡后促进香梨的衰老,降低了其商品价值及缩短贮藏期.
