摘要: 通过对新疆8个主要玉米杂交种及其亲本的ISSR分析,初步构建了新疆玉米DNA特异性指纹图谱,并建立了数字化特异性指纹数据库,探索了ISSR技术在玉米种质鉴定中的应用.结果表明,ISSR扩增重复性好、多态性高,根据筛选出的4个引物I19、I26、I37、I71建立的特异性指纹图谱就可以把8个主要玉米杂交种及其亲本区分开来;数字化特异性指纹数据库的建立表明了ISSR在玉米品种鉴定中起重要作用并具有可行性.
