摘要: 对不同贮藏条件下库买提杏果实的硬度、可溶性固形物含量、腐烂率以及果实的外观和品质进行研究,结果表明:短期贮藏时(1个月),处理6(膜B+保鲜袋+冷藏)处理的果实饱满、有光泽,果实外观、风味好,因而说明处理6能够显著保持果实品质,推迟果实成熟;但长期贮藏时(2个月),处理4(膜A+保鲜袋+冷藏)比处理6果实的外观和品质好,因而认为膜A处理较适宜长期贮藏;贮藏2个月后,处理2(保鲜袋+冷藏)的果实无论从硬度、可溶性固形物含量、腐烂率,还是外观和品质都较好,综合考虑,处理2更加经济实用.
