摘要： 新疆林果基地建设虽然在规模扩张上取得了显著成绩,但在基地建设效益上还存在很多问题.通过对新疆特色林果业发展现状分析,找出提高新疆特色林果基地效益中存在的主要问题与困难,提出解决的关键技术问题,引领新疆林果业向"优质、高产、高效、生态、安全"的目标发展,持续保证农民增收,促进特色林果产业的健康发展.
