摘要: 采用原生质体融合,EMS与LiCl复合诱变,紫外照射与LiCl复合诱变,紫外、EMS及LiCl复合诱变等方法对季也蒙毕赤酵母(Pichia guillermondii)和休哈塔假丝酵母(Candida shehatea)进行育种,以期得到能代谢木糖提高乙醇生产能力的突变菌株.结果表明:通过以上育种方式得到五个乙醇产量较高的菌株XX2,X1,X4,X12和X13,物理化学联合诱变后得到的X1,X4,X12,X13的乙醇产量分别比对照提高了30.9;,15.7;,84.9;,47.1;,融合子XX2与对照相比,乙醇产量提高了37.7;.高产突变株均来自出发菌株Candida shehatea,Candida shehatea选育后没有得到高产乙醇的突变菌株.
