摘要: 为开发利用新疆虫草的药用价值提供理论依据 ,并与不同产地的冬虫夏草的含量进行比对.采用高碘酸钠比色法测定D-甘露醇含量、苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量;应用氨基酸自动分析仪分析虫草的氨基酸类型和含量.结果表明:3个产地的冬虫夏草中D-甘露醇的含量为78.5~115.2 μg/g,多糖的含量为2.24~3.59;;新疆虫草中D-甘露醇的含量为120.3 mg /g,多糖的含量为3.32;.3种冬虫夏草和新疆虫草中均含有18种氨基酸.新疆虫草中含有较丰富的D-甘露醇、多糖和氨基酸,为综合评价新疆虫草内在质量和开发新疆虫草提供了科学依据.
