摘要: 研究了鹰嘴豆在4种不同的灌溉水平下,农艺性状、干物质积累、产量及其构成因素和品质等的变化规律.结果表明:随着灌水量的增加,株高、分枝数、单株干物质积累量、单株有效荚果数及其构成因素呈先增大后减少的趋势,各因素都达到极显著水平.随着灌水次数的增加,鹰嘴豆籽粒中蛋白质、棕榈酸、油酸含量呈减少趋势,亚油酸含量呈现逐渐增加的趋势,各处理间差异达到极显著水平.VB1、VB2均呈现先增后减的趋势.以初花期和盛花期各灌水一次处理的综合表现最佳,产量达6 007.56 kg/hm2,品质也较好.
