摘要: 2005和2006年对新疆加工番茄根腐病进行较为广泛的采样分离和鉴定,初步明确了腐霉菌(Pythium)、镰刀菌(Fusarium)、丝核菌(Rhizocton)和疫霉菌(Phytophthora)是造成加工番茄根腐的主要致病菌.在苗期,以瓜果腐霉菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)的危害最为严重,其致病性强,感染后发病迅速,造成猝倒,为优势菌;其次为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani).而在生长中后期,以尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的分离频率较高,它们分别引起加工番茄的枯萎病和根腐病.目前,在新疆尽管枯萎病仍处于初发期,但由于其传播途径较多,危害性大,应引起高度重视.
