新疆沙棘叶总黄酮的微波辅助提取和鉴别

摘要: 在微波辅助下,以乙醇为萃取剂,研究了新疆伊犁地区沙棘叶中总黄酮提取的工艺条件,采用单因素试验、正交试验确定了最佳工艺参数为:辐射时间3 min,固液比1:20,乙醇浓度60;,微波火力为60;,溶液pH值为10,此时沙棘叶总黄酮提取率最高为2.02;,通过黄酮类化合物颜色反应的初步鉴定,确定其中含有黄酮及黄酮醇类等成分.
