摘要: 研究了巨金钙(主要成分为黄腐酸钙)对红富士苹果果实生理生化特性的影响及其作用机理,结果表明:喷钙后果实可溶性固形物、VC和蛋白质含量增加,而硬度、果实可滴定酸的含量下降;与Ca有密切关系的N、K、Mg含量显著提高,而 K/Ca、K/(Ca+Mg)、N/Ca都降低;喷钙还促进了SOD、CAT和POD等保护酶类及Ca2+-ATPase活性的提高,从而防止果实生理性病害的发生,钙以大营养元素和第二信使的双重作用调节着果实的代谢和发育.
