摘要: 以孜然芹下胚轴为外值体,研究了在不同种类和浓度激素处理下产生愈伤组织,经继代增殖成胚性愈伤组织,在分化培养基上,胚性愈伤组织进一步分化,得到了再生植株.结果表明:下胚轴在光照时间16 h/d,MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L的愈伤组织诱导启动培养基中,20 d愈伤诱导率达100;,继代培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 2 mg/L培养基中,增殖率达80;,在MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基中光照16 h/d培养30 d,可见再生植株,再生率为18.75;.
