摘要： 利用水稻成熟胚为外植体,接种在NB培养基上,分别附加不同的外源激素,以诱导愈伤组织并促其分化,最终获得水稻再生植株.结果表明:2,4-D对愈伤组织诱导起决定性作用,当它与低浓度的6-BA配比时更有利于前期愈伤组织的诱导,而高浓度的6-BA则有利于后期芽丛的分化.
