低温胁迫对春小麦和冬小麦叶片游离脯氨酸含量变化的影响

摘要: 研究比较了新疆春小麦喀什白皮和冬小麦新冬22号两个品种在低温胁迫下生长状况及脯氨酸积累的差异.结果表明:4℃低温冷驯化3 d后再于-3.5℃胁迫24 h,小麦两个品种的生长状况出现了明显的差异.新冬22号叶片在低温胁迫中没有受到损伤,而喀什白皮叶片则出现了倒伏现象.4℃低温胁迫4 h后,新冬22号叶片的脯氨酸积累显著增加,而喀什白皮叶片的脯氨酸含量在4℃低温胁迫48 h 才开始积累.新疆两个小麦品种的脯氨酸积累对低温胁迫的响应存在显著差异,也说明冬小麦品种新冬22号抗寒性显著高于春小麦喀什白皮,为小麦抗寒品种的培育提供了理论依据.
