摘要: [目的]选育降解棉酚菌株,组建复合菌系,优化固体发酵条件.[方法]从实验室已有菌株、动物新鲜粪便和土壤中筛选降解棉酚菌株,确定共生菌株混合配比,采用响应面法评价水分、接种量、发酵天数及其交互作用对棉酚降解率的影响,在此基础上,对主要影响因素进行回归分析.[结果]选育出10株符合《饲料添加剂品种目录(2013)》中规定的降解棉酚菌株,确定共生菌株最优配比为QC-3:QC-5:QC-9:QC-10按1:2:1:1,最优的固体发酵培养条件为水分68.8;、接种量12.8;、发酵天数42.5 d,在此条件下脱毒率可达到91.4;.[结论]确定了混合菌发酵棉秸秆脱毒的最佳条件,为混合菌棉秸秆固体发酵降低游离棉酚含量的研究提供了相应的工艺参数和理论依据.
