摘要: 对288份玉米自交系进行大田开花期干旱胁迫处理,研究了玉米自交系的产量和抗旱性与水旱两种不同条件下的农艺性状之间的关系.结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下玉米自交系的产量与其在正常灌水条件下的产量性状高度正相关,而与正常灌水条件下的株高和穗位高等性状呈高度负相关;穗粒数多的自交系比穗粒数少的自交系在干旱条件下更高产也更抗旱;穗粒数、株穗数和株高这3个性状与旱地玉米高产抗旱的关系最为密切.
