枸杞多糖提取方法及两种不同产地枸杞中多糖含量的比较研究

摘要: 采用传统提取方法和超声提取法提取来自两种不同产地的枸杞(即宁夏枸杞和新疆精河枸杞)中的有效成分枸杞多糖,对其得率和含量进行分析比较.结果表明,以传统法提取宁夏枸杞多糖得率为7.87;,新疆精河枸杞的多糖得率为9.41;;而以超声提取法提取宁夏枸杞多糖得率为8.61;,精河枸杞的多糖得率为13.77;.证明超声提取法提取枸杞多糖具有快速、高效、节能、不破坏提取物性状等特点,与传统提取法相比能够提高药材有效成分的利用率.同时还表明,采用同种提取方法提取出的新疆精河枸杞的多糖得率高于宁夏枸杞.
