新疆育成春小麦品种和推广品种对赤霉素反应的研究

摘要: 用不同浓度的赤霉素溶液对新疆育成的春小麦系列和目前大面积推广品种进行处理,研究其对赤霉素反应的敏感性.结果表明,新春4号、新春22号、宁春16号、E28号、04单04、04单08对赤霉素反应均不敏感,含有对外源赤霉素不敏感的矮秆基因;其中新春4号、新春22号、宁春16号、E28号含有对外源赤霉素不敏感的隐性矮秆基因.可作为发展新疆范围内育种新矮源的参考依据.
