摘要: 探讨孜然芹种子表面消毒的适宜方法,以孜然芹无菌苗子叶为外植体,研究最适宜愈伤组织诱导及继代培养的激素种类及浓度.结果表明:孜然芹种子经70;酒精10 s+0.1;升汞50 s,20 d萌发率可达97.70;,污染率11.11;;子叶切段在光照时间16 h/d,MS+2,4-D 2 mg/L的愈伤组织诱导启动培养基中,30 d愈伤诱导率达100;, 继代培养在MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 0.2 mg/L培养基中光照16 h/d培养20 d,愈伤组织增殖率达67;,愈伤组织在同种继代培养基中暗培养20 d,增殖率达80;.
