摘要: 以番茄(Lycoperisicon esculentum)品种金朋1号为试材,研究1-MCP处理对采后番茄果实可滴定酸、可溶性固形物、VC、硬度、呼吸速率的影响.结果表明:1-MCP能明显抑制果实中可滴定酸含量下降,减缓可溶性固形物含量的增加,保持番茄硬度;1-MCP还明显抑制番茄果实呼吸强度,推迟了呼吸高峰的出现.
