摘要： 甘草黄酮类化合物是一类具有较强生物活性的物质,广泛用于医药、保健及美容等行业.介绍了甘草黄酮提取工艺的研究,主要包括水提法、有机溶剂提取法、微波法、超声波法、超临界萃取法、大孔树脂吸附法及酶解法,并对各自工艺的原理、使用利弊进行了分析.
