摘要: 花叶病毒是危害大豆生产最重要的病害之一,培育抗病品种是防治花叶病毒病最经济而有效的方法.中国农科院育成品种中品95-5383对SMV3号株系表现高抗,构建杂交群体,遗传群体为来源于中品95-5383和IA2020的含有90个单株的F2分离群体,每个F2单株随机取30粒自交获得F2∶3家系.在苗期对F2∶3家系进行接种SMV3号株系,根据卡方检测,群体F2∶3接种鉴定比例为1∶2∶1,推测相应F2单株的基因型,分析其抗病遗传机理.接种鉴定结果表明,中品95-5383对SMV3的抗性受一对隐性基因控制.
