摘要: 研究了不同播期对菜用大豆农艺性状及品质的影响.结果表明,随着播期的推迟,菜用大豆生育期缩短,株高和始荚高度呈增加趋势,茎粗、节数、分枝数、分枝总长度呈减少趋势,单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重降低,百粒鲜重与播期关系不显著;菜豆籽粒中的蛋白质含量增加、淀粉含量减少、可溶性糖含量先增后减.以第2播期处理产量最高,为13 594.20 kg/hm2,适宜播期应为4月10~25日.
