摘要： BTH诱导处理新疆抗性不同的甜瓜植株,均能激发被诱导叶片(第一片真叶)过氧化物酶的显著升高,说明了甜瓜抗病性与甜瓜植株过氧化物酶活力呈正相关,也说明了BTH可以诱导甜瓜系统获得性抗性(SAR)的产生.经诱导处理的叶片作过氧化物酶同工酶的PAGE电泳,有新增谱带.
