羊血球水解蛋白和酸变性血浆蛋白对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响

摘要: 在肉仔鸡日粮中添加盐酸水解羊血球蛋白和酸变性血浆蛋白,研究对鱼粉的替代效果.结果显示,羊血球水解蛋白和酸变性血浆蛋白均可代替鱼粉而不影响肉鸡的生长速度,且更为经济.利用盐酸来处理血液蛋白是一种较为有效的改善血粉品质的方法.
