摘要: 2001~2003年对两种含hrp基因的生物工程制剂Messenger和伊力特进行了田间控制棉花黄萎病危害的药效试验,调查并分析了其对棉花生长和产量的调控作用.通过平板对峙反应和毒素敏感性测定,Messenger和伊力特对棉花黄萎病菌无抑制作用,但对棉花具有诱导抗性作用.田间试验结果表明,在棉花不同生育期,Messenger和伊力特对棉花黄萎病均表现出一定的控制作用,其中播种到初花期伊力特控制效果最好,防效为51.69;,高出对照药剂28.26;.在棉花初花期前,伊力特、Messenger对供试棉花品种的生长势影响较大,尤其伊力特处理的小区产量明显高出清水对照487.50 kg/2,增产21.26;.
