转双价基因抗虫棉对棉蚜的控制作用

摘要： 用田间罩笼和实验室饲养法, 研究了转双价基因抗虫棉对棉蚜(Aphis gossypii Golver)的控制作用, 结果表明,抗性棉上棉蚜的内禀增长力(rm)和种群趋势指数(I)均明显小于常规棉(对照),对棉蚜的控制作用明显.因此棉蚜内禀增长力(rm)和种群趋势指数(I)可作为棉花抗性鉴定的重要依据.
