橡皮树的快速繁殖及试管苗温室移栽管理

摘要： 以橡皮树(Ficus elastica)顶芽或带腋芽茎段做为外植体.实验表明橡皮树快速繁殖的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0～2.0 mg/l+NAA 0.01～1.0mg/l.生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.1mg/l+IBA 0.5 mg/l的沙基培养基.橡皮树最适的培养温度为26～31℃.移栽采用蛭石作为苗床基质.通过合理的环境控制提高成活率.
