天麻抗真菌蛋白基因(GAFP)转化彩色棉新品系抗黄、枯萎病性鉴定

摘要: 将天麻抗真菌蛋白基因(Gastrodia Antifargal Protein,GAFP)利用花粉管通道法导入彩色棉品种新彩棉1号和新彩棉3号,转化后代经卡那霉素初筛、分子检测、农艺性状选择,培育出16个转基因新品系,对其在人工病圃进行田间黄、枯萎病的抗性鉴定,结果表明:参试的转基因品系中LBS007、ZB5020等5个品系既抗黄萎病又抗枯萎病,为兼抗类型;其余11个品系均为抗黄萎病耐枯萎病类型.
