套袋对梨果皮性状及品质影响的研究

摘要: 对香梨及新梨7号果实套袋后果皮特性及品质进行研究,结果表明:香梨果皮比新梨7号厚.香梨果树套袋后,果实角质层变薄,套纸袋最薄;表皮细胞直径变小,以对照表皮细胞直径最大;亚表皮细胞变大,以纸袋最大.香梨生长期角质层厚度低于贮藏期,表皮细胞和亚表皮细胞高于贮藏期.套袋后,果实成熟时新梨7号角质层变薄,以膜袋最薄;表皮细胞变大,以膜袋最大;亚表皮细胞变小,膜袋最小;但贮藏后新梨7号角质层厚度上升,表皮细胞和亚表皮细胞大小下降.套袋使香梨可溶性固形物含量降低,硬度增加;使新梨7号果实硬度下降,可溶性固形物含量升高.
